Celebrated during the cityhood anniversary, this festival is held to promote tobacco as the major industry of the city. Activities include open street dancing competition, marching band competition, Miss Virginia Tobacco, tobacco rolling, calamay (rice cake) eating contest, basketball with celebrities, beach bikini open, concerts, singing contests, motocross, mountain bike competition and boxing.
